Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2B order fulfillment from receipt to delivery.
• Ensure orders meet service level agreements and accuracy targets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics teams.
• Oversee inventory allocation and fulfillment for bulk/high-priority orders.
• Manage relationships with internal and 3PL providers for timely delivery.
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues.
• Develop fulfillment capacity plans based on forecasts and volumes.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement productivity and cost improvements.
• Track KPIs, transportation costs, and resource utilization.
• Support workforce planning, shift requirements, and peak contingency planning.

An established organization is seeking an experienced B2B and Retail Fulfillment Operations Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end order fulfillment, warehouse coordination, and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that B2B orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered accurately, efficiently, and within agreed service levels. This opportunity is suited to a results-driven operations professional with strong experience in high-volume fulfillment, inventory coordination, and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2B order fulfillment, from order receipt through picking, packing, dispatch, and final delivery.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within agreed service-level agreements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Warehouse, Inventory, and Logistics teams to ensure operational readiness.
• Oversee inventory allocation, stock availability, and fulfillment requirements for bulk and high-priority orders.
• Manage relationships with internal and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor delivery performance, resolve operational issues, and manage customer escalations.
• Develop fulfillment capacity plans based on sales forecasts, order volumes, and business requirements.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor operational KPIs, transportation costs, and resource utilization.
• Support workforce planning, shift requirements, and contingency planning during peak operational periods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or operations management.
• Experience managing B2B fulfillment or high-volume order operations is strongly preferred.
• Experience within e-commerce, retail, distribution, or FMCG environments is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, and order fulfillment processes.
• Proven experience monitoring operational KPIs and managing SLAs.
• Proficiency in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, or Odoo.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
