Job summary

Expeditors in Kuwait seeks a proactive Supervisor to support Warehouse and Transcon operations. You will oversee inbound/outbound freight, maintain inventory integrity, register shipments, lead loading/unloading, and generate OSD reports.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management or accounting basics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound freight flow ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Maintain stock control and perform daily inventory checks.
• Receive drivers, register shipments, and lead loading/unloading processes.
• Generate and manage OSD (Over, Short, and Damaged) reports in the company system.
• Perform accurate data entry for freight allocation, shipping and inventory management.
• Prepare and verify documentation for customer work orders and requests.
• Maintain damage records and backorder logs.
• Ensure staff have necessary documents and information to complete tasks.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and trucking companies.
• Ensure compliance with OPS and external regulations.
• Participate in internal meetings with gateways and customer service departments.
• Support Sales in customer meetings with operational expertise.
• Communicate with internal departments via phone and email.
• Train new hires and existing staff on daily tasks and global processes.
• Support implementation of system changes and enhancements.
• Promote awareness of policies and regulations across the team.
