Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Manager - Security for MAF Retail in Kuwait. You will assist the Risk and Compliance Manager, help develop policies, and drive risk mitigation across the business.

Expect collaboration with stakeholders and ongoing monitoring of compliance programs. Key responsibilities include analyzing retail data, supporting action plans, investigating breaches, and delivering training to raise awareness and reduce exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, law or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in risk management, compliance, internal audit or similar function.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and investigation processes.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

The Manager – Security is responsible for assisting the Risk and Compliance Manager in examining the business to determine the adequacy and sustainability of its operations. The role holder is also responsible for assisting in the development of internal policies and procedures to reduce risk exposure.

ROLE PROFILE

• Assist in developing and implementing risk and compliance initiatives across the business.
• Analyze retail data and support the preparation of action plans to mitigate risks and losses.
• Monitor and manage the integrity hotline to ensure proper reporting of compliance concerns.

REQUIREMENTS
