Job summary

Client of Career Hunters in Kuwait seeks a Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen regulatory programs across CMA, Boursa Kuwait, MOCI, and KCC. The role requires establishing, reviewing, and upgrading compliance controls while maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements.

You will advise management, ensure timely regulatory filings, and coordinate with HR and legal teams to educate staff on latest rules and processes. A strong command of English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and compliance related certificates preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a managerial level position in customer service, contact center or customer relationship management.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish, review, and upgrade compliance programs and practices.
• Adhere to and ensure continuous regulatory compliance with CMA, Boursa Kuwait, MOCI, KCC and other regulators.
• Act as the Compliance Manager handling day-to-day regulatory duties and reporting obligations.
• Ensure timely filing of audited financial statements and regulatory requirements.
• Advise management on compliance with laws and regulations with detailed reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish
• Review
• Upgrade and Strengthen Compliance Programs and Practices
• Adhere to and ensure continuous compliance in respect of the reporting and regulatory requirements of the concerned regulators and institutions including but not limited to the Capital Markets Authority CMA Boursa Kuwait Boursa and Ministry of Commerce and Industry MOCI Kuwait Clearing Company KCC and act as the principle point of contact
• Act as the Compliance Manager regarding the firm s regulatory duties and responsibilities day-to-day compliance duties regulations and practices
• Responsible for the continuous filing of audited financial statements and subsequent regulatory requirements
• Advise management on the company s compliance with laws and regulations through periodic and detailed reports
• Advise all stakeholders on the standards and regulatory procedures to be maintained as per CMA KCC and Boursa Kuwait
• Ensure that required information is effectively communicated to the stakeholders of the company as and when required and within the required timelines
• Create and manage timely efficient and effective action plans in response to discoveries and compliance violations
• Regularly update company procedures practices and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks
• Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes
• Work closely with HR when complying with CMA s requirements to register employees in certain positions as insider
• Consult with attorneys and other professionals on compliance matters
• Ensures that all due diligence is carried out as required for the compliance processes
• Ensures that discretion is maintained with regards to handling sensitive and critical information of the company

Requirements

Requirement open to Bilingual Arab Candidates Bachelor's degree & compliance related certificates would be preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in Managerial level position in customer service, contact center or customer relationship management.
