Majid Al Futtaim in Kuwait is seeking an Associate Manager - People & Organisation to support recruitment, talent management, and staff development. You will help standardize Human Capital policies and ensure procedures align with local regulations.

This role requires coordinating with recruitment vendors, staying updated on HC policies, and assisting manpower planning to ensure sufficient staffing for the head office, under pressure and within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or HR.
• 0-2 years in HC administration and recruitment.
• Time management.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Source and interact with recruitment vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Work with selected service providers to achieve company needs.
• Stay updated about relevant HC Standard Management system (policies, procedures and forms).
• Work towards aligning procedures and forms required locally (e.g. legal requirements).
• Monitor the proper documentation after implementation for audit purposes.
• Assist in sourcing contracts for procurement of staff services.
• Assist in the manpower planning for the head office.
• Support initiatives to ensure the constant availability of the required competent staff to support the organization in meeting all its responsibilities, plans and objectives.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Associate Manager - People & Organisation is responsible for assisting with business strategy pertaining to recruitment, talent management and staff development. The role holder is also responsible for assisting in standardizing and implementing Human Capital policies and procedures within the country.
