Job summary
A growing organization is seeking a Human Resources Manager to play a hands-on role within a dynamic team of around 200 employees. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations, provide support for recruitment and onboarding, and ensure compliance with employment laws. This position requires 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial capacity, and strong knowledge of HRIS systems like ADP Workforce Now. The role is based in Downtown Palo Alto, CA, with in-office requirements five days a week.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive human resources experience.
- Experience in a lead or managerial capacity preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own HR deliverables and timelines, including compliance and performance reviews.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires to ensure a welcoming experience.
- Be a visible and approachable presence who understands the business.
