Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in general office clerical or secretarial work.
• Comprehensive knowledge of university infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general office records and compile/update student databases and program financial records.
• Bill, invoice, and prepare budget reports for Project Impact.
• Process student support payments and scholarships in coordination with University Financial Aid.
• Document and monitor program services, maintain databases, and summarize data for reports.
• Provide excellent support to students via email, phone, and in person; assist with admissions and enrollment inquiries.
• Handle requisitions for purchase orders and manage corporate card expenditures.
• Assist with timesheets and travel arrangements using Concur; arrange payments for guest speakers.
• Process PTRs for new hires/renewals; travel occasionally to regional events; perform related duties.
