University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB is seeking a part-time, non-benefited staff member to support the Watson College of Education. The role handles general office records, student databases, and program financial records, including billing and budget reports for Project Impact.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently or in a team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with varied hours, including some evenings and weekends.
University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ("UEC") supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We're responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.
Temporary, Staff, Part Time, Non-Benefited position through 6/30/2027 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
$25.25 per hour.

19 hours per week. Schedule will vary. Generally Monday through Friday within the hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Some evenings and weekends may be required.
This position will remain open until filled.
Be responsible for maintaining general office records, compiling and updating student databases and program financial records. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with administration, faculty, staff and students. The candidate must be a self-starter who works well both independently and as a member of a team. Finally, it is important that the candidate works well in a fastpaced environment under tight deadlines.
