Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with budgeting, purchasing, reconciliation, compliance, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Experience verifying, maintaining, and posting financial data in accounting records (invoices, PO, etc).
• Ability to coordinate payroll approvals and maintain financial documentation and spreadsheets.
• Strong collaboration with facilities and project coordinators to ensure supplies and billing accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Document expected revenues and expenditures and submit to management.
• Verify and post financial data in accounting records such as invoices and purchase orders.
• Procure department repairs orders and office supplies; coordinate with Facilities to maintain rooms.
• Track client and parent attendance and perform funder billing; report weekly to Director.
