Qualifications

3–5 years of leadership or sales-focused role.
Proven ability to drive revenue and coach performance.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Dental knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own daily pacing, track collections, and close gaps to meet targets.
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure patient satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and coach staff; schedule coverage for production goals.
Lead patient experience from first contact to post-treatment.
Oversee monthly revenue, P&L, and accounts flow in practice systems.
