Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 5+ years in P&C insurance or consulting.
Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience is also acceptable.
Experience in insurance software implementations and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements to transform business problems into technology solutions.
Define architecture, data mapping, and integration plans across projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage delivery lifecycle.
