Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a tech field with relevant insurance experience.
• Experience with Guidewire or similar insurance platforms.
• Ability to lead system implementations across lifecycle.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to translate business problems into tech solutions.
• Support clients' efforts to improve efficiency and reduce process risk.
• Assist engagement teams with analysis of business requirements and architecture.
• Coordinate vendor selection and implementation plans.
