Job summary

EY is hiring for an insurance technology implementation-focused role. You will work with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions and support architecture, data migration, and integration initiatives. The role requires strong communication and travel to client sites as needed.

You’ll join a global team delivering complex insurance technology programs and benefit from a hybrid, client-centered environment within EY’s Financial Services Organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Technology with 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Experience with a range of insurance tech tools (Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, Cognos, Informatica).
• Proficiency in system selection, requirements definition, architecture design, integration, and data migration.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Transform client business problems into technology solutions and align with architecture and implementation plans.
• Support engagement teams through analysis of business requirements for alignment with technology architecture and vendor selection.
