We are currently looking for aShift Warehouse Leaderfor our Plant inPozzuolo Martesana (MI). By covering this role,you will supportwarehouse activities and coordinate your team(forklift drivers, terminal operators etc.),reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, for both our internal and external Warehouse.

During your activities asShift Warehouse Leader, you will manage warehouse operations and ensure optimization by providing the necessary information to your Warehouse Manager and other Warehouses across Italy. You will be responsible formonitoring all flowswithin your area, including Warehouse KPIs, Quality KPIs, and Safety KPIs, as well as managing flows IN/OUT, preparation and checking of goods, and shuttle operations.

Duringyour shift, you will support inventory management and ensure a smooth start-up. You will also facilitate the handover of workers during shift changes.

Regardingpeople management, you will be responsible for allocating resources according to defined criteria, managing resources effectivelyin accordance with the plan agreed with the Warehouse Manager. You will contribute to resolving conflicts and assist in drafting worker merit plans. Additionally, you will provide feedback for personnel confirmation and contribute to employee evaluations.

You will also play a role incontinuous improvementby supporting improvement initiatives and suggesting areas for improvement within your area!

Workplace safetyis paramount and you will ensure that hygiene and safety standards are maintained through information dissemination and safety training.
In terms of quality, you will work to implement measures to guarantee the quality of warehouse processes, including implementing quality policies and monitoring compliance.

You will bring your universityMaster's Degree background in management or Industrial Engineering or equivalent and eventually some initial experience of one or two years in other Manufacturing companies.

You will contribute to the success of the team thanks to your good understanding of warehouse processes and interpersonal and management skills.

Your desire for international mobility will be a great asset for us, together with your true passion and curiosity for the Food sector.

As a good communicator, yourfluency in both Italian and Englishwill be key to perform in our environment.

As a focal point in the process,you will work on shifts.
