Synergie, a branch in Vicenza, is seeking for a leading company in the industrial baking sector a candidate for the position of:

The selected candidate will be inserted into the production department and will be responsible for supervising and coordinating food production activities and other personnel during their shift. Responsibilities include ensuring quality standards are met, controlling proper functioning of the processed product, loading raw materials and ingredients, setting parameters, and starting up the machinery. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness at the workstation.

• Previous experience in the food sector or related fields
• Knowledge of hygiene and health regulations
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Focus on quality and precision in work execution
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills

• Fixed-term contract with potential for permanent employment
• Full-time work schedule on 3 shifts from Monday to Friday with Saturday availability
