Job summary
A leading technology company in Bologna is seeking a Global Technical Writer to create and edit customer-facing documentation. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 3 years of related experience. The candidate must be fluent in English and able to manage multiple complex projects. This is a full-time position with a 25% travel requirement, and the company emphasizes safety, teamwork, and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- Fluent in English, able to communicate complex concepts.
- Experience with writing for localization and working with international teams.
- Experience with CSS, XML, and XHTML.
- Strong interpersonal communication and editing skills.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Research, write and edit customer-facing documentation.
- Gather technical information proactively.
- Assemble documentation in correct format.
- Develop API documentation per established standards.
- Manage multiple complex project schedules.
