- Responsible for implementing and managing online marketing campaigns and the website to promote the company’s products or services. A key goal is to optimize CRM management and implement strategies and best practices. This role involves working across various digital platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
This position is ideal for a motivated and creative individual eager to contribute to the company’s online presence and growth through innovative digital marketing initiatives.
This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager, dividing activities and working closely with other departments to maintain a cohesive brand voice and strategic approach.
- Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and HubSpot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Fluent in Italian; knowledge of English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Execution
- Ensure campaigns align with the company’s overall marketing strategy, budget, and the Digital Marketing Manager’s guidance.
- Manage CRM activities, implementing best practices and optimizing usage.
- Collaborate with relevant departments, e.g., Revenue, to optimize strategies for incremental revenue.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to drive organic traffic.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
- Track and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Content Creation
- Work with designers, graphic, and content creators to produce visuals and multimedia content.
- Local Campaigns Management
- Develop and schedule local marketing campaigns on Facebook based on hotel needs to increase ancillary revenue.
- Monitor results and adjust strategies as needed.
- Newsletters / DEMs
- Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to improve performance.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Use analytic tools to monitor campaign performance.
- Prepare regular KPI reports and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments, including sales, social media, and offline marketing, to ensure cohesive campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies to improve performance.
