Core Purpose

As our Marketing Graphic Designer, you’ll be the visual storyteller of AccessiWay — transforming complex accessibility concepts into beautiful, engaging designs that inspire action. Every asset you create will reflect our values: inclusion, clarity, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print marketing materials.
  • Create engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, our website, and paid advertising.
  • Develop infographics, presentations, and visuals that make accessibility concepts easy to understand.
  • Produce video assets, thumbnails, and motion graphics for YouTube and other channels.
  • Design customer stories, case studies, and sales materials that communicate real impact.
  • Maintain and evolve AccessiWay’s visual identity and design system.
  • Create and manage design guidelines, templates, and asset libraries.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Push creative boundaries while staying true to our mission and brand values.
  • Ensure all designs meet WCAG accessibility standards (contrast, readability, text alternatives, etc.).
  • Advocate for inclusive design principles across the marketing team.
  • Design content that’s not only beautiful — but accessible to everyone.
  • Support the team by sharing accessibility best practices in visual design.
  • Collaborate with the Content Strategist to create visuals for blogs, YouTube, and social channels.
  • Partner with the Performance and Growth Marketing Managers to design high-converting creatives and landing pages.
  • Work with the product team on marketing-related UI/UX projects.
  • Support SEO and GEO experts with visually optimized content.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns with the marketing team.
  • Design assets for influencer partnerships, UGC, and affiliate initiatives.
  • Build templates that make content creation scalable and efficient.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Profile

You’re a creative visual designer with 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments. You combine aesthetic excellence with accessibility awareness and love transforming ideas into visuals that drive understanding and engagement. You’re detail-oriented, autonomous, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required Skills
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong experience with Figma or other collaborative design tools.
  • Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Motion graphics and video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
