La tua mission

Come Application Engineer entrerai nella Business Unit Solutions del mercato Italia, avrai l’obiettivo di promuovere l’ampio portafoglio prodotti BAXI con un focus particolare sui sistemi di alta potenza e avrai come area geografica di riferimento il Centro Italia.

Entrerai a far parte della Direzione Sales & Marketing Italia e riporterai all’Engineering Team Manager. Collaborerai con i team Commerciale, Marketing e le nostre agenzie nel territorio, in un contesto dinamico e orientato al cliente. Grazie ad un primo periodo di affiancamento, svilupperai l’autonomia necessaria a garantire il successo della strategia, coinvolgendo e influenzando gli stakeholder interni ed esterni, in particolare studi professionali e progettisti.

• supporto tecnico e training di prevendita a progettisti nel territorio nazionale;
• analisi di schemi d’impianto e capitolati al fine di individuare e proporre la migliore soluzione con prodotti BAXI;
• supporto tecnico commerciale alla rete vendita nella negoziazione tecnica e commerciale di offerte complesse valutando la concorrenza sotto l’aspetto tecnico;
• gestione del monitoraggio delle offerte della rete vendita tramite il sistema CRM aziendale;
• monitoraggio dei KPI e implementazione di azioni correttive per il miglioramento continuo.

• laurea in Ingegneria Energetica/ Meccanica/Elettrotecnica o Diploma ad indirizzo termotecnico,
• esperienza di 3 anni in ruolo affine o in studio di progettazione termotecnico,
• buone conoscenze di disegno tecnico attraverso programmi CAD e del pacchetto office,
• capacità di relazione con i clienti,
• personalità proattiva, grintosa, desiderosa di crescere, flessibile, dinamica e predisposta al lavoro in team,
• risiedi preferibilmente a Roma o nel Lazio.
