What You Will Do

You will join the Online Sales Team in the Italy Market, working towards regional growth and leadership. As a Key Account Manager (KAM) Online, you will manage strategic customer accounts at the national level, maximizing sales opportunities.

  • Manage online accounts for the company (Amazon, Pure players, Click & Mortar) and build relationships with key personnel.
  • Network within national accounts to secure all business opportunities.
  • Ensure internal company functions deliver the highest level of customer service to national accounts.
  • Monitor incoming orders and ensure effective fulfillment.
  • Hold regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders regarding key accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve queries and issues raised by national accounts.
  • Take a proactive approach to account management.
  • Arrange meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer organizations.
  • Conduct business reviews to identify sales opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.

Professional Experience: 1–3 years within the Consumer Electronics, SDA, or MDA markets.

Must Have
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to lead cross-functional activities.
  • Client management skills.
  • Sales and Business Development experience with proven results.
  • Marketing background.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Consumer Electronics markets.

Languages: Fluent in English and Italian.
