The Accountant will be part of our Accounting&Tax department, providing Italian accounting services to a wide range of foreign clients.

He/She will be able to give her/his support to other colleagues of the Department as well as will ensure timely and quality accounts preparation and calculation and daily deliverables of excellent services.

• Performs technical accounting support and administrative duties, such as entering sales and creditor invoices, processing bank transactions, payroll statement postings
• Manages capital asset and accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare primary accounting documents if required
• Maintains accounting files and records
• Check on a monthly basis the balances of the accounts and support in preparation of analyses of the accounts if requested
• Accurate booking of all journal entries and accounting documents into the accounting system
• Draft letters/e-mails to clients concerning accounting or administrative issues and present them for review and approval by the Accounting Supervisor

• English Knowledge (B2)
• Knowledge of Profis system is a plus
• Expertise in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
• High School Diploma and/or Degree Economics
• Up to 2 years’ experience in similar Organizations
• Responsible and organized
• Good communication skills
