Job summary
A dynamic fintech company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to act as the primary contact for B2B clients in Italy. This role encompasses managing the full customer lifecycle, ensuring client success, and fostering strong relationships. Responsibilities include driving platform adoption and collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience.
