Do Work That Matters - Your Role and Responsibilities

Help digitalise the public administration (PA)

KPMG collaborates with central and local public bodies to drive change and innovation, making a tangible impact on millions of lives.

As part of KPMG’s Government team, you will contribute to redesigning public service models while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.

Your daily strategic work may include:

• Developing and implementing digital strategies
• Enhancing citizen/user experience
• Designing service processes and information systems
• Creating performance management systems

You will work directly with Italian PA officials and managers to make public services more user-friendly, joining a team of motivated young professionals committed to change and growth.

For our Milan office, we seek professionals who are driven, accountable, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and team players.

Your Skills and Characteristics

The ideal candidate has:

• A degree in business or engineering management
• At least 6 months of experience, preferably in consulting or supporting the PA
• Studies focused on business organization, finance, public administration, digital transformation, or procurement
• Excellent English skills, ideally with international study or work experience
