Paradiso Estate is a real estate crowdfunding platform powered by blockchain and artificial intelligence, enabling anyone to invest from €100 / USD / BTC in short-term (6–12 months) real estate projects with high returns, transparency, and legal security.

Operations & Location

• Initial operational focus : Italy, with pilot projects under evaluation.
• Work is remote-first, with occasional in-person meetings if needed.
• When required, Rome will be the preferred meeting point.

Project Status

• MVP under development : smart contracts for off-chain tokenization and AI-based property scoring.
• Pilot properties identified in Italy, currently in due diligence.
• Founding team in progress : CEO and technical co-founder confirmed.
• This role is part of the founding team formation, aimed at securing pre-seed funding and launching the platform in 2025.

Role : Legal & Regulatory Lead (CLO) – Strategic Co-Founder

We're looking for a legal expert with strong regulatory experience and an entrepreneurial mindset to join as a founding partner and lead the legal dimension of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ECSPR license application process (European Crowdfunding Service Providers Regulation), focusing initially on Italy (CONSOB).
• Design compliance policies aligned with MiCA, KYC / AML, and EU crypto asset regulations.
• Define the corporate and operational legal structure : SPVs, shareholder agreements, token issuance frameworks, IP protection.
• Draft and negotiate contracts : purchase agreements, tokenization terms, investment terms (SAFEs), T&Cs, etc.
• Represent the company before regulators, legal partners, and investors.
• Oversee legal preparation for fundraising rounds and investment structuring.

Who You Are

Must-have qualifications

• Law degree with 3+ years’ experience in financial, commercial, or regulatory law.
• Proven track record in fintech, crowdfunding, crypto regulation, or investment platforms.
• Solid knowledge of EU regulations : ECSPR, MiFID II, AML / KYC, MiCA.
• English (spoken and legal writing).
• Committed to building a startup from the ground up as a founding member.

Nice-to-have

• Experience working with CONSOB, CNMV, BaFin, AMF, or similar regulatory bodies.
• Familiarity with blockchain, smart contracts, and digital asset tokenization.
• Experience in cross-border or real estate transactions.
