A leading global HVAC company is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the passenger ship segment. The role involves building relationships with shipyards and vessel operators, as well as promoting HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven B2B sales track record, technical familiarity with marine systems, and fluency in English. You will work in a dynamic environment with significant travel to clients across Europe and the Americas.
Joining the Sales Team as a Sales Executive you will be the face of Johnson Controls towards our customers and you will focus on always delivering excellent value and service with integrity.
As a Front‑Line Sales Executive within Johnson Controls Global Marine you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the passenger ship segment including small to midsize cruise lines, ferries and luxury vessels. Your primary focus will be on building and managing relationships with shipyards, vessel owners and operators across key global markets. You will promote Johnson Controls portfolio of HVAC, fire & security and integrated control solutions ensuring alignment with customer needs and marine compliance standards.
You will be based in our Italian office in Milan. This position requires proximity to our customer base enabling frequent visits to clients throughout Europe and potentially other global destinations. Travel is expected to be around 20‑30 days annually which may include trips within Europe or to the Americas.
