Webuild is hiring a Commercial Planning & Market Analysis Expert to work in the Group Commercial Department. Office: Milan

• Develop monitoring and forecast modelling of Group performance / KPI, in terms of offers, orders, revenues, win rate, and other KPI; and prepare regularly reporting documents;
• Continuously interact with Commercial Areas and Group Affiliates to constantly update commercial initiatives and maintain the commercial database
• Supporting the execution/development of the 3Y Commercial Plan of the Group according to the economic/financial targets of the Industrial Plan;
• Constantly improving management of information and monitoring processes for the Group commercial initiatives;
• Market analysis and competitive intelligence;
• Develop strategic plans to drive geographical and business lines growth;

• MsC in Engineering and/or Economic, Mathematical and Statistical disciplines;
• 5-6 years of experience, preferably in important consulting firms;
• Knowledge of the main mathematical models to apply to financials;
• Highly capable of managing complex files, navigating large databases;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and its functionalities to develop modelling of KPI and forecast;
• Excellent knowledge of Powerpoint to prepare reporting documents;
• Excellent English knowledge;
• Willing to travel globally

• Strong results-oriented approach and attention to details;
• Capable of working under stress to meet tight deadlines;
• Knowledge of Salesforce and related systems;
• Knowledge of a second foreign language like French, German or Spanish
