We are currently looking for a Junior Accounting Specialist

• Maintain the company's accounting books in full compliance with laws and internal instructions.
• Gather requirements, verify compliance and accuracy of the company's financial reporting.
• Record regular business transactions via accounting entries, perform account reconciliations, and participate in closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with standards for recording financial transactions (e.g., ledger, cash payments/collections, tax transactions, etc.)
• Control/reconcile accounts and records (balance sheet, income statement, bank accounts, etc.)
• Prepare internal (management reporting) and external (compliance reporting) accounting reports/schemes, including consolidation of financial statements, cash flow reporting, budget reporting, etc.
• Consolidate balance sheet costs, cash flow reports, and budgeting reports.
• Cost accounting/budgeting (allocating direct/indirect costs, variance analysis, budget preparation, etc.)
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and/or credits & collections.
• Possess a degree in Financial Sciences, Control, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Excellent communication skills and IT proficiency (MS Excel).
• Proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work in a team.
