Jobtech, an agency specializing in digital employment, is seeking an administrative - accounting professional for a well-known publishing house based in Milan, near Darsena/Porta Genova.

What does the opportunity include?

• Permanent contract: CCNL Publishing and Graphics (13 months);
• Gross annual salary up to €24,000, with an approximate net of €1,350 plus meal vouchers;
• Full-time hours: possibility of smart working after the first year;
• Start date: as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• General accounting: journal entries, bank reconciliations, invoicing;
• Secretary duties and front office activities;
• Archive management and company correspondence.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma in accounting (a degree in economics is a plus but not required);
• At least two years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in small companies or professional studios;
• Precision, reliability, and good organizational skills.
