Job summary

247 GROUP in Milan is seeking a motivated intern for our Commercial Team to support day-to-day sales activities focused on Chinese-speaking markets. The 6-month internship starts January 2027 and offers €800 per month, with a showroom in the heart of Milan and an international, collaborative environment.

You will assist in planning sales campaigns, manage client appointments, input orders, handle inquiries, and support data analysis and back-office tasks while developing skills in Excel and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Fashion Business or related fields.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Korean or Japanese is a plus.
• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Genuine passion for the fashion industry and the international retail environment.
• Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, flexible and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the order entry process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support client relationship management, handling customer enquiries and providing timely responses and operational assistance
