Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Product Specialist to lead the Wound Closure & Healing portfolio in Tuscany. You’ll join a Sales Team delivering commercial strategy in your territory, supported by a rigorous training program covering technical and commercial skills.

You will promote products to surgeons and healthcare professionals, manage tender processes, and drive data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Economics required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in health/MedTech sector is valued (3–5 years).
• Additional master courses in Digital Marketing, Project Management, or Business Data Analytics are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with surgeons and scrub nurses to explain product features and train during procedures.
• Support tender procedures and private contracts end-to-end.
• Develop data management and insights projects with predictive analyses based on data.
• Support Digital Health solutions and strategic execution for J&J products.
• Gather health economics data to substantiate value propositions and drive adoption.
