Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Product Specialist for Wound Closure and Healing products in the Tuscany region, with Italian and English fluency. You will engage surgeons and nurses, support tenders, and drive data-driven projects across the territory, including Center-South-East Tuscany, with travel as needed.

The role requires 3–5 years in health tech, advanced degrees preferred, and a willingness to expand knowledge through digital health and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM or Economics required for role.
• Master Course in Digital Marketing and/or Project Management and/or Business Data Analytics adds value.
• Fluent Italian (mother tongue) and fluent English are required.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to explain product features and provide training during procedures.
• Support public tender procedures or private contracts negotiations and ensure end-to-end process.
• Develop projects related to data management and insights through predictive analysis.
• Support Digital Health initiatives and execution of strategic digital solutions.
• Gather and analyze data to substantiate the economic value proposition and communicate value-based messages.

We are searching for the best talent for Product Specialist, who will take in charge the responsibility of our Wound Closure&Healing products in Tuscany Region. (Area Centro e Sud-Est della Toscana)

You Will Be Responsible For

• interacting with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to help them understand the products’ technical features, also training them during surgical procedures
• supporting our participation in public tender procedures or private contracts negotiation and ensuring a successful end-to-end process.
• developing projects related to data management & insights, by elaborating predictive analysis based on data
• Digital Health, by supporting the digital solutions launched by J&J and the strategic execution
• Health Economics, knowledge in collection and analysis of data to support and substantiate the economic value proposition of J&J products and solutions and ability to disseminate value-based messages to maximize innovation adoption and develop projects with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM or Economics. Master's Degree preferred, ISF preferred.
• Willingness for measuring yourself with new challenges, that allow you to expand your perspective and build up new knowledge and skills on what you studied during your academic journey.
• Previous experience (minimum 3-5 years) in the health sector, MedTech is preferred
• You have also enriched your profile with a Master Course in: Digital Marketing and/or Project Management and/or Business Data Analytics or you gained a solid hands-on experience within one or more of these fields.
• You speak, read and write mother tongue Italian and fluent English.
• You desire to start a career which could change the trajectory of health for humanity
• You are based in Toscana (based in Firenze Sud, Arezzo, Siena is preferred) and willing to travel within the assigned territory: Center-South-East area of Tuscany Region.

The Anticipated Base Pay Range For This Position Is

€36,000.00 - €57,155.00
