Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Italy seeks a Product Specialist for Wound Closure & Healing within the Tuscany region. You will lead the deployment of the commercial strategy, promote products, and manage related selling activities with clinical and commercial responsibilities.

The role requires 3–5 years in health/MedTech, a STEM or Economics degree (Master's preferred), and fluency in Italian and English, with willingness to travel across Centro-Sud-Est Tuscany.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Economics; Master’s degree preferred (ISF preferred).
• 3–5 years in health sector; MedTech experience preferred.
• Italian mother tongue with fluent English; willingness to travel within Tuscany region.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to explain product features and train during procedures.
• Support participation in public tender procedures or private contracts negotiation and ensure end-to-end process success.
• Develop projects related to data management and insights, including predictive analysis based on data.
• Support Digital Health initiatives and the strategic execution of J&J digital solutions.
• Knowledge in Health Economics, data collection/analysis to substantiate value proposition and maximize adoption.
