Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Medical Affairs Manager in Italy to lead local medical strategy and contribute to the BU's clinical evidence efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific integrity and provide trusted medical information to HCPs and stakeholders.

You will engage with KOLs, develop partnerships, and support nominal launches and lifecycle management from a medical perspective, while maintaining compliance and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• MD degree and specialty (preferred in surgical area).
• 2-4 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, or related scientific role within medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, public communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based medical information to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement local medical strategy in alignment with BU priorities.
• Manage relationships with HCPs, HCOs, and KOLs; identify scientific needs.
• Support medical evidence generation projects and advisory boards as needed.
• Review medical materials for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
