Saipem, leader globale in ingegneria e costruzioni nel settore energetico, cerca un Workshop Coordinator per la divisione Asset, con sede a Tortolì.

Competenze

• Diploma richiesto.
• Esperienza 0–3 anni nel ruolo o simili.
• Conoscenza base di MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Buona conoscenza dell'inglese, livello minimo communicativo.

Mansioni

• Eseguire attività di manutenzione secondo istruzioni di lavoro e linee guida fornite, con reportistica tecnica.
• Organizzare e preparare un cantiere, inclusa la selezione degli strumenti, revisione dello scope of work, analisi HSE e report di workflow.
• Definire e selezionare concetti di manutenzione meccanica e guidare lo sviluppo di piani e programmi di manutenzione, includendo analisi di troubleshooting.
• Conoscenza e applicazione di tecniche di manutenzione preventiva e sviluppo di piani di manutenzione.
• Gestione ricambi, flussi di fornitura (PR/PO/requisition, FAT/SAT) e principi di gestione magazzino.
• Conoscenza e uso corretto di equipaggiamento di protezione individuale e sistema Permit to Work.

Purpose of the position

WORKSHOP COORDINATOR - part of the ASSET DEPARTMENT.

How can you support us?

• Capability to perform maintenance activities as per work instruction and provided guidelines. Technical reporting and workflow follow-up.
• Capability to perform hydraulic maintenance activities as per work instruction and provided guidelines. Capability to organize and prepare a worksite, including but not limited to tooling selection, scope of work review, HSE analysis and workflow reporting.
• Capability to define and select mechanical maintenance activities concepts and guidelines. Capability to develop maintenance plans and schedule and to perform troubleshooting analysis on running equipment
• Knowledge and application of preventive maintenance techniques. Development of maintenance plans
• Knowledge of Spare Parts Management, Client Supply Chain Workflow (PR/ PO/ requisition, FAT/SAT, etc.) and warehouse management principles
• Knowledge of adequate Personal Protective Equipment - purpose, use and maintenance Knowledge and the correct use of Permit to Work system

What are we looking for?

Education: Diploma

Background: 0 - 3 as a Yers of experience

Languages: Knowledge of English

Technical/IT Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

What else should you know? Some travelling will be expected within Worldwide
