Saipem seeks a Project Specialist for Integrity Management Services based in Fano, Italy. The role focuses on developing inspection and maintenance plans for subsea assets, supporting offshore construction projects and qualification of subcontractors for survey activities.

Requirements include a Master in mechanical or civil engineering, 0-2 years of relevant experience, and English at least B2. Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad is expected.

Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A. SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.

Purpose Of The Position

• Provision inspection and maintenance services for offshore pipelines and subsea structures, with the objective of ensuring asset integrity, safety, and long-term operational reliability. The services cover the full lifecycle of offshore assets, from routine inspection planning through detailed condition assessment and maintenance planning;
• Technical qualification of suitable and reliable subcontractors for the execution of offshore/shore approach survey and inspection activities with intelligent pigging of pipeline and other subsea installation;
• Subcontractors follow-up during project execution.

What are we looking for?

Education: Master degrees in mechanical or civil engineering

Background: 0- 2 years of experience in a relevant role

Languages: English B2 or higher

Technical Knowledge

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and/or MicroStation;
• Knowledge of programming fundamentals, scripting techniques and basic familiarity with at least one object programming language (e.g. Python, C#, VB.NET, C++, etc.).

What else should you know?

Some travel will be expected in Italy and abroad with the possibility of working for short periods in offshore and onshore environments, such as survey vessels and industrial plants.
