Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Alessandria is seeking a Site Inventory & IT Manager to lead inventory control and IT activities at a start-up warehouse site. You will drive WMS performance, ensure accuracy, and partner with Operations and customers to maintain service levels.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics or related fields, hands-on WMS experience, and strong Excel or data reporting skills. Fluency in English is essential for stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics, warehouse, inventory or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience with WMS and IT-related warehouse systems.
• Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 3 Super Users and 2 Inventory Operators.
• Plan and execute inventory and IT activities with strong prioritization.
• Manage and optimize the site WMS and supporting systems.
• Oversee cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor KPI like inventory accuracy and system performance.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Operations and Customer teams.
• Drive continuous improvements in warehouse processes and system use.
• Participate in system implementations, testing, and process design.
