Firstunion is seeking a Field Sales Support specialist to provide daily on-site support at wholesale partner warehouses, ensuring product merchandising and promotional execution are in place.

You will conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, maintain long-term partnerships, respond to feedback, and coordinate internal resources to resolve product, logistics, or sales issues, while monitoring market dynamics to inform sales strategy and improve coverage.

Competenze

• Valid Italian driving licence required for travel to territory and warehouses
• Visa to work in Italy
• Experience in retail management, wholesale channel management or market support; FMCG/retail preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with CRM expertise
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site emergencies
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure in frontline markets
