Performance Optimal Health is seeking a Practice Coordinator to join our Naples, FL team. You will greet clients, manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain records to ensure a seamless patient experience.

You will support insurance verification, collect co-pays, and help keep the front desk organized while collaborating with healthcare professionals and other staff to promote holistic health and well-being.

Formación

• Friendly front desk professional with a client-centric approach.
• Experience coordinating appointments and handling inquiries.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and basic billing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting and welcoming clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Managing client inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating information as needed
• Assisting in insurance verification and authorization processes
• Collecting co-payments and fees for services
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Supporting other administrative tasks as necessary
