Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in manufacturing environments, industrial processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly maintenance reports and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Support integration of Professional Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance activities; update Autonomous Maintenance schedules.
• Monitor and analyze weekly production reports and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators.
• Verify consistency of key maintenance KPIs like MTBF and MTTR against production data and reports.
