Ariston Group in Italy seeks a Global Methods & Work Analysis Manager to drive manufacturing performance across the international network. You will lead work measurement, MTM, line balancing, ergonomics, and workplace design to achieve world-class productivity.

The role reports to the Group WCx Senior Director and involves frequent international travel (about 50%), collaboration with Operations, Industrial Engineering, and Plant Leadership worldwide, and development of global standards for

Job description:

Are you passionate about Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, MTM, and productivity improvement?

We are looking for aGlobal Methods & Work Analysis Manager to drive manufacturing performance across our international manufacturing network. You will lead global initiatives focused on work measurement, line balancing, ergonomics, workplace design, and operational efficiency, helping our manufacturing plants achieve world-class productivity standards. You will be part of the Global WCM team and report to the Group WCx Senior Director.

What you'll do

• Lead global productivity and work analysis initiatives across manufacturing plants.
• Drive MTM, time studies, line balancing, and labor productivity improvements.
• Optimize assembly lines, workstations, and production flows.
• Develop global standards for industrial engineering and workplace organization.
• Actively propose and manage improvement projects with a hands‑on approach in the Workplace Organization domain (operational efficiency, waste reduction, workstation/line layout, ergonomics, rebalancing, material flows, visual management).
• Support plant teams with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects within the Ariston Group WCM program for the Workplace Organization (WO) pillar.
• Collaborate with local and central industrial engineering to anticipate issues and suggest best practices for the WO pillar.
• Promote a Lean Manufacturing mindset within Ariston Group.
• Act as the corporate reference point for sharing WO best practices and for Plant WO Pillar Leaders across regions.
• Partner with Operations, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Excellence, and Plant Leadership teams worldwide.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Methods Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence.
• Strong expertise in work measurement, ergonomics, line balancing, and productivity improvement. MTM is a plus
• Experience in manufacturing environments and continuous improvement programs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in international organizations.
• Fluency in Italian and English, other languages like Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to frequent international business travel (approx. 50%).

As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between € 52.000 and € 77.000. You will also be part of the Ariston Group short‑tmin incentive program. This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
