Ariston Group is seeking an Industrial Controlling Intern to join its Finance team in Italy to support the Control Management team in monitoring plant performance and financial results. The internship offers hands-on experience in budgeting processes, performance analysis and operational reporting within an international manufacturing environment.

The role requires a degree in Economics or Management Engineering, strong Excel skills, good command of English, and a team-oriented mindset.

• Support the preparation of plant budgets, forecasts, and outlooks.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and variance analysis.
• Prepare reporting and performance analyses on plant KPIs.
• Contribute to World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Cost Deployment activities.
