Job summary

Thermowatt in Italy’s Marche region seeks a maintenance and production performance analyst reporting to the Maintenance Manager. You will analyze weekly maintenance reports, verify corrective actions, and support continuous improvement by coordinating Professional and Autonomous Maintenance schedules.

You will monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators and the MTBF/MTTR metrics, validating KPI data against production records to help raise manufacturing performance in a World Class

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in manufacturing environments, industrial processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Motivation to develop your career within a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing weekly maintenance reports and verifying effectiveness of corrective actions.

Job description

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will support and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance and production performance through the following activities:

• Analyzing weekly maintenance reports and verifying the effectiveness and consistency of corrective actions
• Supporting the integration of Professional Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance activities, including the update of Autonomous Maintenance schedules
• Monitoring and analyzing weekly production reports and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators
• Verifying the consistency of key maintenance KPIs, such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), against production data and reports
