Job summary

Thermowatt, a leading manufacturer of heating elements and thermostats, is seeking a Maintenance Analyst/Engineer in Arcevia (AN) to support continuous improvement of maintenance and production performance. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will analyze weekly maintenance and production reports, support autonomous and professional maintenance, and monitor MTBF/MTTR KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly maintenance reports and verify the effectiveness and consistency of corrective actions.
• Support the integration of Professional Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance activities, including updating Autonomous Maintenance schedules.
• Monitor and analyze weekly production reports and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators.
• Verify the consistency of key maintenance KPIs like MTBF and MTTR against production data and reports.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will support and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance and production performance through the following activities:

• Analyzing weekly maintenance reports and verifying the effectiveness and consistency of corrective actions
• Supporting the integration of Professional Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance activities, including the update of Autonomous Maintenance schedules
• Monitoring and analyzing weekly production reports and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators
• Verifying the consistency of key maintenance KPIs, such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), against production data and reports

What we're looking for:

• A degree (or final-year studies) in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field
• A strong interest in manufacturing environments, industrial processes, and continuous improvement methodologies
