Thermowatt, part of Ariston Holding N.V., is seeking a Maintenance Engineer based in Arcevia (AN) to contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance and production performance.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will analyze maintenance and production data, support autonomous maintenance, and help drive World Class Manufacturing practices in a challenging industrial setting.

• A degree (or final-year studies) in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• A strong interest in manufacturing environments, industrial processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Motivation to develop your career within a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) environment.

Mansioni

• Analyze weekly maintenance reports and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Support integration of maintenance activities, including updating Autonomous Maintenance schedules.
• Monitor weekly production reports and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators.
• Verify the consistency of key maintenance KPIs, such as MTBF and MTTR, against production data and reports.

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will support and contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance and production performance through the following activities:

• Analyzing weekly maintenance reports and verifying the effectiveness and consistency of corrective actions
• Supporting the integration of Professional Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance activities, including the update of Autonomous Maintenance schedules
• Monitoring and analyzing weekly production reports and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators
• Verifying the consistency of key maintenance KPIs, such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), against production data and reports
