Ariston Group is seeking a Maintenance/Continuous Improvement professional to contribute to a manufacturing environment in Arcevia, Italy. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency and equipment performance within WCM frameworks.

You will support root-cause analysis, monitor KPIs including OEE, and help develop maintenance plans. The candidate should have an engineering degree and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Interest in manufacturing, CI, WCM and maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Monitor production data and KPIs (including OEE) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in maintenance planning for preventive, predictive and routine maintenance of production equipment.
• Support rollout and adoption of PROMETEO maintenance management system.

The role will contribute to Continuous Improvement and Maintenance activities within the manufacturing environment, with a particular focus on operational efficiency, equipment performance and WCM methodologies.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Continuous Improvement: actively support root cause analysis on critical equipment failures and contribute to the development and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and WCM improvement initiatives.
• Data Analysis & KPIs: monitor and analyse production data and key performance indicators, including OEE, to identify improvement opportunities and support equipment performance optimization.
• Maintenance Planning: support the development, review and update of preventive, predictive and routine maintenance plans for production equipment.
• Maintenance Management System: support the implementation and roll-out of the new PROMETEO maintenance management system, contributing to its effective adoption and use.
• Health, Safety & Environment: support maintenance activities in compliance with applicable Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements and standards.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and is interested in developing a career within a manufacturing environment, with a strong interest in Continuous Improvement, WCM and Maintenance.
• Entrepreneurship, teamwork, problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset complete the profile.
