Job summary

Thermowatt seeks a manufacturing engineer to contribute to Continuous Improvement and Maintenance in our production environment. The role emphasizes operational efficiency, equipment performance and WCM methodologies across lines and shifts.

You will participate in root-cause analysis, data monitoring, and maintenance planning, while ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and supporting the PROMETEO system rollout.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support root cause analysis for critical equipment failures and contribute to Lean and WCM initiatives.
• Monitor production data and KPIs (e.g., OEE) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Help develop, review and update preventive, predictive and routine maintenance plans.
• Assist with the rollout and adoption of the PROMETEO maintenance management system.
• Support Health, Safety and Environment compliance in maintenance activities.

The role will contribute to Continuous Improvement and Maintenance activities within the manufacturing environment, with a particular focus on operational efficiency, equipment performance and WCM methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Continuous Improvement: actively support root cause analysis on critical equipment failures and contribute to the development and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and WCM improvement initiatives.
• Data Analysis & KPIs: monitor and analyse production data and key performance indicators, including OEE, to identify improvement opportunities and support equipment performance optimization.
• Maintenance Planning: support the development, review and update of preventive, predictive and routine maintenance plans for production equipment.
• Maintenance Management System: support the implementation and roll-out of the new PROMETEO maintenance management system, contributing to its effective adoption and use.
• Health, Safety & Environment: support maintenance activities in compliance with applicable Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements and standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and is interested in developing a career within a manufacturing environment, with a strong interest in Continuous Improvement, WCM and Maintenance.
