Thermowatt is seeking an engineer to contribute to Continuous Improvement and Maintenance within our manufacturing environment, focusing on operational efficiency, equipment performance and WCM methodologies.

You will support root cause analysis, monitor OEE, and help develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans while rolling out the PROMETEO maintenance system and ensuring HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Interest in Continuous Improvement and Maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Continuous Improvement: support root cause analysis on equipment failures and contribute to Lean/WCM initiatives.
• Data Analysis & KPIs: monitor production data and OEE to identify improvements.
• Maintenance Planning: help develop preventive, predictive and routine maintenance plans for production equipment.
• Maintenance Management System: assist in implementing the PROMETEO maintenance system.
• Health, Safety & Environment: support maintenance activities in compliance with HSE requirements.

Description du poste

The role will contribute to Continuous Improvement and Maintenance activities within the manufacturing environment, with a particular focus on operational efficiency, equipment performance and WCM methodologies.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Continuous Improvement: actively support root cause analysis on critical equipment failures and contribute to the development and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and WCM improvement initiatives.
• Data Analysis & KPIs: monitor and analyse production data and key performance indicators, including OEE, to identify improvement opportunities and support equipment performance optimization.
• Maintenance Planning: support the development, review and update of preventive, predictive and routine maintenance plans for production equipment.
• Maintenance Management System: support the implementation and roll-out of the new PROMETEO maintenance management system, contributing to its effective adoption and use.
• Health, Safety & Environment: support maintenance activities in compliance with applicable Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements and standards.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and is interested in developing a career within a manufacturing environment, with a strong interest in Continuous Improvement, WCM and Maintenance.

Entrepreneurship, teamwork, problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset complete the profile.
