Job summary

Thermowatt, part of the Ariston Group, is seeking a WCM Maintenance Intern to support continuous improvement in our maintenance and manufacturing environment in Arce, Lazio, Italy. You will analyze weekly maintenance reports, support Professional and Autonomous Maintenance activities, monitor production reports and OEE indicators, and verify key KPIs like MTBF and MTTR against production data.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or related field.
• Strong interest in manufacturing environments and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing weekly maintenance reports and verifying the effectiveness and consistency of corrective actions
• Supporting the integration of Professional Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance activities, including the update of Autonomous Maintenance schedules
• Monitoring and analyzing weekly production reports and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) indicators
• Verifying the consistency of key maintenance KPIs, such as MTBF and MTTR, against production data and reports
