GRUNDFOS is seeking a Sales Manager, Water Utility for Centre/South Italy to lead a high‑performing team across the region and accelerate growth in water utility and irrigation markets. You will build strategic customer relationships and implement data‑driven sales plans that expand Grundfos's presence in Italy's critical infrastructure sector.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of sales experience with proven leadership, fluent Italian and English, and residence in Lazio, Campania, Toscana,

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Residence in Toscana, Campania, Lazio, Marche or Abruzzo.
• Strong knowledge of Italian water utility & irrigation markets.
• Experience leading teams in complex industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the Italian water utility market.
• Develop and execute annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts, adapting strategies to market dynamics.
• Drive customer engagement and manage pipeline using CRM data-driven decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with water utilities, distributors, design institutes, consulting firms, and public authorities.
• Align segmentation with Grundfos's sales strategy and objectives.
• Monitor accounts receivable and support collection activities.
