Job summary
GRUNDFOS is seeking a Sales Manager, Water Utility – Centre/South Italy to lead a high-performing team across Centre/South Italy, driving growth in water utilities and irrigation markets.
You will develop strategic customer relationships, execute data-driven sales plans, and align segmentation with the company strategy while ensuring healthy cash flow and strong stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of sales experience in industrial or utility sectors.
- Residence in Toscana, Campania, Lazio, Marche, or Abruzzo.
- Strong knowledge of Italian water utility and irrigation markets.
- Experience implementing sales strategies in complex industrial or manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to hit revenue targets in the Italian water utility market.
- Develop and execute annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Drive customer engagement and manage the sales pipeline with data-driven decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with water utilities, distributors, design institutes, consulting firms, and public authorities.
- Align customer segmentation with Grundfos's sales strategy and business objectives.
- Monitor accounts receivable and support cash flow.
